Hi, someone shared this quotation with me a few years ago and it really resonated with me, and reminds me of the importance of teamwork. So I wanted to share it with you all here:
“Never underestimate the ability of a small group of committed individuals to change the world. Indeed, they are the only ones who ever have.”
That is a great quote and I am going to share it with the kids trying to do a skate park in my town. I like the story about the little child at the ocean with the millions of star fish washed up on the beach. He picks them up one at a time and throws them in. A man comes along and says to give it up you will never save all these star fish, it won’t make a difference. The boy picks up another and throws it in and says “I made a difference in that ones life”
